Business automation that quietly removes the manual work
We design, build, and run automation for the operations you're still doing by hand, lead capture, invoicing, document processing, API plumbing, and scheduled jobs. Every workflow ships with retries, error handling, and monitoring, so it keeps working after we leave.
Get 20+ Hours Back
Leads, invoices, and follow-ups handled automatically, so your team does real work.
Never Miss a Lead
Every enquiry captured and answered instantly, even at 2am.
Fewer Errors, More Sales
No forgotten invoices, no missed follow-ups, no data entry mistakes.
Hours of copy-paste work, every single week
Most teams waste hours every week moving data between tools by hand, copying a lead from a form into a CRM, retyping invoice details, turning emails into records. It is slow, it is error-prone, and it doesn't scale. Automation removes that work entirely.
Automation only pays off if it keeps running. That is why every workflow we build is hardened, retries on transient failures, validation on inputs, fallback branches, and alerts when something breaks. A workflow that silently fails is worse than doing the work by hand.
One connected pipeline beats five disconnected tools. We have built production automation for food-ordering operations — ticket, voucher, and tracking bots — plus lead-capture pipelines and document processing flows. These are running systems, not demo projects, and they are still in use.

What we build, and what it does
These are the workflows we ship most often, built to run unattended and surface problems instead of hiding them.
Lead & CRM Sync
Capture leads from forms, email, and chat, then sync them into your CRM, database, or notification channels, instantly, every time, with no copy-paste entry.
Billing & Invoice Automation
Generate invoices, track recurring charges, and sync payment status into your accounting tools without anyone opening a spreadsheet.
PDF & Document Extraction
Pull data out of incoming PDFs, purchase orders, and spreadsheets, then insert it directly into the systems that act on it.
Contract & Report Generation
Assemble custom PDFs, contracts, and monthly reports from a trigger or a schedule, consistent formatting, zero manual assembly.
Connect Any API
Custom webhooks, n8n workflows, or Node.js and Python microservices that bridge tools with no native integration, and keep them in sync.
Ecosystem Connectivity
Automations that link your website, web apps, and desktop tools into one pipeline instead of five disconnected silos.
Scheduled Jobs & Cron Automation
Time-based jobs that run daily, weekly, or on a custom schedule, data syncs, report sends, backups, cleanup, and recurring processes.
Monitoring, Alerts & Error Recovery
Every workflow watches itself. Failures trigger alerts, retries, and fallbacks, so a broken step surfaces instead of silently piling up.
From discovery to steady-state in five steps
A fixed-price build where every workflow is designed, hardened, and tested against your real data before it ships.
Workflow Discovery & ROI Map
We map your current processes, find the repetitive tasks, and estimate the hours and dollars each automation will save before anything is built.
Design & Tool Selection
We choose the right tools — n8n, custom microservices, or SaaS connectors — and design the workflow end to end for your approval.
Build with Error Handling
Every step gets retries, fallbacks, and failure branches built in, because an automation that silently breaks is worse than no automation at all.
Test with Real Data
We run the workflow against your actual files, records, and edge cases until it handles the messy reality of your business.
Deploy, Monitor & Maintain
We deploy, wire up alerts, and hand over documentation, then keep it running with optional maintenance.
Everything included, in writing
The proposal you approve lists every deliverable below, so the scope is agreed before we start, and the price never changes mid-project.
- Workflow documentation, process maps, triggers, and expected outputs
- Built n8n workflows or custom Node.js/Python microservices
- Webhook & API integrations between your tools
- Error handling, retries, and failure notifications on every step
- Scheduled / cron jobs for recurring processes
- Monitoring dashboard or alerts for each workflow
- Data validation rules that catch bad input before it breaks anything
- Credential & security handling, keys stored safely, access scoped
- Runbook and handover documentation for your team
- 30 days of post-launch support and fixes
Built on tools that play well together
We pick orchestration and code tools for reliability, and connect them to the apps you already run.

Ask for a workflow map →Automation questions, answered
What can you automate?
Almost any repetitive, rule-based process: lead capture and CRM syncing, invoice and billing flows, PDF and document data extraction, contract and report generation, scheduled jobs, and API connections between tools that don’t talk to each other natively. If you can describe the steps, we can usually automate them.
How much does automation cost?
Simple workflows start at $1,780. Complex builds — multiple integrations, custom microservices, heavy error handling — run up to $8,000. You get a written fixed-price quote within 24 hours based on the specific processes you want automated.
When should I use n8n versus custom code?
n8n is the right choice for most workflow logic, it is visual, maintainable, and connects to hundreds of apps out of the box. Custom Node.js or Python code is better for heavy data processing, unusual APIs, high volume, or logic that needs to run inside your own infrastructure. We tell you which one fits instead of defaulting to either.
What happens when a workflow fails?
It doesn’t fail quietly. Every step is built with retries and fallbacks, and failures push an alert to Slack, Telegram, or email the moment they happen. During the included support window — and on the Maintenance plan after that — we get notified and fix it for you.
How long does an automation build take?
Typically 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. A single workflow with one or two integrations can ship in under two. Complex multi-system builds take longer because they need more testing against your real data.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. The Maintenance plan is $579/month and covers monitoring, workflow adjustments, dependency and version updates, and fixes when something breaks. It keeps your automation running after the included 30 days of support.
